עכשיו באמת זה מסתדר אחרת. כי השינה זה לא נתק אלא רצף, והעמקת התחושה וההבנה בעצם.

Correct. This was my experience of it, but later when I took up yoga, I read some books where Yogis had discussed self-realisation and the state of deep sleep as a state in which one connects with one's Self, or Source. So looks like this experience is not mine alone. :-) Leave a Reply. |
